I need to get to the Pioneer Woman store in Oklahoma, she has a kitchen aid mixer decoration (plus many others).

Going through all the decorations was enjoyable, I forgot so many of them but each one reminded me of a good time. Even hubby started going through stuff.

Good times.

Day at the races yesterday with a group of ladies from high school.
Then on to dinner and one of my friends had her son playing in the band at a club...... 1am club departure...... 6am wake up call to drive 200km back home..... knee strapped and using walking stick today...... some one PLEASE remind me that I can not jump up and down / head bang / let loose to songs like Khe Sanh, American Pie, Sweet Caroline etc for hours on end..... Paying for it today....

Ah. The morning after effect. Except these days not from alcohol.

Stunning performance by the Korean skating athlete. She is 18. And excellently they did not refer to her as a girl but a woman. Enjoying this arvo’s Olympics.

Pretty tired now as we have just finished "picking up" our old red split brick paving as we are having "limestone" slabs laid. Yesterday it was my wife, daughter and me. Today we had an extra four people - they are taking the old pavers. When I got the quote for the new slabs I was a bit surprised actually how big the area at the front of the house & under the patio actually was - 130 square metres! We are in a 1980's subdivison but our block is unusually big at 1050 sq m.

When I was in my bushwalking days many years ago it was more a male pastime. You saw an occasional woman out on the track but not many.
Times have changed. On my walk in the Rocky Cape NP this morning I met 15 women but only 5 boys.

PS is that OK by JT and Pushka standards?Dont mean to offend.

I found some Curling on the 7 app streaming service. Watched 15 mins. I think that’s enough.;)
Oh you’ve missed some wonderful skating.

Of course. Assuming they were kids. :D. It’s ok I think it’s ok to make generalisations - I do and I acknowledge they are.

IYHO!

*ducks* ;)
Respectfully, my humble opinion is all that matters right?

Telling someone how they can refer to someone is firstly none of anyones business and secondly it is political correctness gone mad.

Next thing they'll be trying to tell us which side of the bed to sleep on and who needs to make the coffee even though neither drinks coffee.

Oh Winston, Big Brother is watching and is trying to change your thought patterns.

And they, like you, are only expressing an opinion.

What an awful time to be returning a rental car. Lightning coming down vertical to the ground all around is not my idea of fun.

At least not flying back today. BNE airport closed with cars parked everywhere on the roads into airport and Airtrain also experiencing delays.

When we were cleaning up an investment prop for sale, a old brick BBQ and backyard incinerator (remember those!) nearly broke my husband. They built things to last back in the old days, that bugger didnt want to go down easily.
