Going to BNE INT this morning to pick my mum up… oh if only I was a WP so I could just head to the DOM early for a beer while waiting :p

Well I'm lost. Maybe I'm not awake yet......

I read it as I'll be able to ring you.... but I wasn't sure why, as I'll be WITH you in NZ! :p

Only if you're there after 12 (in the J lounge), and 2 in the QP..

I don't know about you but for me the buzz of an airline lounge has not yet worn off, and I don't think it will ever wear off. :idea:

Wait until you turn WP and you are able to access a larger array of premium lounges (by yourself, of course ;) :D :mrgreen:)

Good point, what I meant to say was… if only I was CL :p

I remember the first time I went in the CL PER. This was before I really even know about lounges, that they existed, and what they were etc. It was a real novelty to self serve a Crown Lager, for free! :cool:

A pity that I only get to take Flashware to the Brekky Creek for a steak and beer off the wood. We'll miss you karens, but I'm sure Flashie can ring you :D

I'm not sure which planet you were on, or what you had been smoking, or whether it was early in the day when you were reading it, my comment was regarding the fact that I am picking you up from the Domestic Terminal and given you have a 4 hour layover, we are going via Breakfast Creek Hotel for a beer and steak pehaps, before I drive you back to the Intl Terminal for your flight to Auckland (to meet up with karens in AKL).

As you are the only one (of the two of you) coming via BNE, I will miss out on meeting karens. Yes, you may be able to ring her depending on whether driving to airport, in a check-in queue or in a QF lounge, or perhaps already on a flight SYD/AKL.

Hope you are clearer now as to my meaning...because I was sure :confused: about your comment (as it appears, so was karens)

Ahhh! It all makes sense now ;)

Excellent. Now we can all move onto the next off-topic subject in this thread...and not earn any post count in the process

Touché! It looks like it'll be a good day of food for me, and company.

Breakfast in J, lunch at Brekky Creek (in company of LW), dinner in J, dessert at the hotel (in company of karens) :p

:shock::shock::shock:

I'll probably be drunk in some random pub by the time your flight arrivess hoping we wake up in time to catch the train.

When D1 and I travelled, we found the best way for this to happen is to have at least one sober person :p

I guess if you're 90% drunk and D1 is 10% drunk that also works :p :mrgreen:
