WD TV Live Media Player

I bought WD TV Live media player today. It's absolutely brilliant - plays .mkv, .iso, xvid/divx and supports dnla.

I got if from Officeworks for $156.76 (price match).

Don't forget that daylight savings ends at 3.00am Sunday morning 04 April. Wind your clock backwards one hour. If you live in WA/QLD/NT please ignore and look forward to the new millennium coming soon. :p Your curtains are safe for another year.

Especially important if you're flying tomorrow (or Monday) morning. I am always amazed at the number of people who get caught the day after.

Yes an extra hour on call:mad:
Due to a major system I support being on Unix, I have be up at 1:30am to shut down the automatic monitoring. Operations will shut the hardware down for the two hours from 2am to 3am after which they shall reboot. Once that's done I will be performing standard health checks.

(Yes, I do get compensated! ;))

Something that has caught me out in the past is the time on the VCR (or PVR/DVD-Recorder equivalent)...if you forget to change the clock you don't record what you intended to.
