That is a weird phenomena I’ve noticed. I don’t want dents on my car so in car parks I park away from the mob. Invariably I return to a trolley resting nearby and at least a couple of cars.

Yesterday, Sunday, when we arrived at Skye there was a fleet of Astons and Porches (sp?) being driven out. Im not a car person but the Astons were impressive.

So making a new house likes list.

Shower layout from Eilean Donan, love one glass wall and walk in. Wanted it before but now it's a yes.

The shower head from Eilean Donan was the first true rainwater one I've used. Giant size but amazing water flow and effect. I would online hunt the world for this.

The facet at current B&B wins both our votes.

Not to be confrontational but are you sure dentists get that much. I understood it was much less and hard to get into. If you want to look at graduates that start on cr@p salaries look at graduate veterinarians

Getting married at 51 years old for the first time most likely means we will not reach high number of years of marriage as some of the years mentioned in this thread.

20yrs go so fast.

18yrs married this year, crazy to think we could have an almost adult child, if we had kids.

My DIL is a graduate GP and she gets nowhere near that amount.

I think comparing teachers with doctors or dentists is probably a bad one. My two daughters (one a doctor, one a teacher) started out of Uni on the same kind of salary but doctor daughter has accelerated away. However I think she deserves the differential as she has a pretty tough life.

Generally though teachers are not well paid for their qualifications and many of the better ones jump ship and move on to other careers as they get older.
