You could send them below deck in a quad share :D

A coworker just sent an email out to every employee in the company, listing private employee home addresses for an entire department. WTF! Not my address (I would be PISSED) but I responded with a "we need to talk to HR about privacy" response.

This is actually very bad and could land the company in big legal doo doo.

Currently in my office and pleasantly surprised it doesnt look like a recycle bin has been dumped all over my desk.

Usually, its covered in "very important pieces of paper" that spreading out everywhere means I will pick it up first.

Plus ive been doing emails daily so no real surprises other than a new CFO/boss (knew this) so hopefully Monday will be all good :) Note to self, remind new boss I have holidays booked in August :)

So where is the next holiday

Yes, toilets can be dangerous places for little ones, as can buckets if water if left around. Very easy to drown.
Didn't think about buckets.

We have a clothes basket/bucket that is sometimes used to soak clothes. Must remember not to leave that lying around. Thankfully she's not quite tall enough to reach taps.

Clever as in when it goes off - an alert appears on the smartphone app?.
That too is probably in the works. Niece used the new nappies a couple of years ago. Quite expensive too.

You ALWAYS need to think at least one step ahead of their current developmental stage because they can improve skills before you know it. Lack of height means they simply have to drag one of their toys for example, over and climb up.

There is much to think about when child proofing the house - and remember it depends on child’s development and age - see attached:

Child proofing is a term that gets used a lot these days. From memory our parents did not child proof our house when we were growing up.

We child proofed ours, but they are clever little buggers and they often find a way.
Constant supervision is the only real option.
Mind you MissGM is almost three now, and we gave up on that a while ago, except for the real dangerous stuff.
She's a monster.

Back in the old days, dont think my parents had a lot of "stuff" that needed child proofing other than the glass china cabinet.

Heck, remote controls didnt even exist back then - that was the kids job.

An update on our bank loan application. Some toing and froing with a branch manager has seen us receive approval, with a couple minor hurdles yet to jump. She was actually pretty helpful, and workeed with us to get it over the line.
Looking forward to flicking my "pointless" Citibank card in the very near future.

That sounds good news then GarrettM. Hope it all goes smoothly. :)

Toilet seats? - I grew up in country teachers housing with, at various stages, the weeky 'honey pot' collection and septic tanks of various descriptions.

Plumbed sewage was a pipe dream. ( :p )

So ... drum roll .... Toilet seats always down and lids always down when not in use.

.... 'till I met SWMBO ... 30 years later, she is still trying to 'retrain' me to lids up & seats down ...
