My social golf club handicap is 20 (same as my real handicap before I lapsed as a member of a real golf club).
All the Callaway system does is give you a handicap on the day based on the stroke score you shot. It is widely used for events where people do not have a handicap. You then apply your newly acquired handicap to your stroke score to determine the stableford points as if you were using a social club handicap or even a club (AGU) handicap.
Clear as mud! I think it is easy to tell that I know next to nothing about Golf. I have been around a couple of courses with most embarassing results!
