Haha @ Qantas. From one of their official sites (not going to mention where - will let Qantas search and find).

"Qanats Aircraft Fleet"

My post count is well over 1k but no one noticed. I don't really care though, it's just a number....
Just a number? It is a reflection of how much time you waste on a frequent flyer forum. :p

Just kidding. Very slack of the welcoming committee not to officially induct you into the 1,000 post club.

No need for the belated welcome. It would be nice if i could hide my post count so i'm not reminded as to how much time I really do spend on here

The announcement by the welcoming committee was delayed due to late arrival of their operating aircraft.

How should I feel with an actual post count of 15,883 not 12,991 as listed on profile?

Personally I feel the benefits I have gained from participating on AFF far outweigh the time spent....

Curses, my cunning plan to avoid an overnight flight from SIN-MEL has been foiled.

My flight to PER is delayed, so I get the red-eye from PER-MEL :(

The other daylight flight QF32 to SYD, is not leaving till tonight.

Is taking the off-topic thread off-topic still considered off-topic or on-topic?

After an in flight emergency (sick pax whom I was asked to assist) back on Boxing day, at the end of the flight, the FA took my boarding pass "to write it up". Disappointed I havent heard a thing from QF.

Also still slightly shirty about the fact that I had used my hard earned points for a JASA and spent 80% of the flight attending to said passenger.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, that'd be the problem then.

Well, it was supposed to be a daylight flight, but alas it won't be.

(although I wonder if it's late arrival from LHR is the reason for delaying my flight to PER (connecting PAX and all))

My Shiny WP card in my new Shiny wallet is proof of the fact (and said Shiny Wallet would not have been procured if it were not from here, in a very round about way; learned how to amass points quickly, ended up in Hong Kong for a friends 30th using said amassed points for an award flight, found a store with a wallet I liked, and ended up buying it yesterday online from a place in AU, using my QF Amex, of course ;)) that the benefits of time spent on here are to my liking :)

Got to love this sign when used in conjunction with other shiny grey card.
