Does Clive really think the CIA are trying to protect the US coal market at Australia's expense???

it would seem not. Apparently he made those comments to protect Campbell Newman's campaign and further, by implication, those comments were a major reason he got elected.

I'm still trying to work out which of Clive's statements is more delusional.

I'd like to drag this conversation off topic in a different direction ;)

Any one out there know any IP Telephony Engineers looking for a job? I'm having troubles filling a vacancy and i'm going through various online job sites and have even resorted to posting ads on whirlpool! I won't go into specifics on here but if anyone knows someone who's good with SIP and Cisco, I want to talk to them:)

And back in a totally different direction todays movie was Salmon Fishing in The Yemen, another good, easy to watch movie.

I quite liked the preview until it started to look more like a love story set on the backdrop of fishing in Yemen, can you help sway me one way or the other? I want it to be the story of the fishing personally…

It really is both. Some nice scenes of salmon fishing in Scotland,a love story tastefully done with just a soupcon of action and politics.Slow moving mostly but that suits us oldies!

No offence, but that sounds unfortunate for me then. I was hoping for a lot more :(

Overheard an interesting conversation on the train, about a 22 year old talking about the mundaneness of life. Umm get used to it, love

I can't believe England haven't lost the test against Sri Lanka yet. Maybe with the shine off the new ball the Sri Lankan spinners will run through the clowns in the England top order.

Anyone else get spam from a site called outdoorgear? I think I bought something from luggagear once and the seem affiliated. Really annoys me that the assume I want junk emails from any other company they evidence to start up.

I got that spam email too. Cynicor. Was racking my brain to recall if I subscribed to anything that could have led to the email... luggage affiliate made sense. Bloody cheeky to spam, and actively discouraging me using them...

Whatever could you mean? ;)

Wonder how long that will last.

I'm glad someone else has connected the dots. The writing style is identical, and IIRC, that is their 3rd or 4th "persona" I've seen. They keep flicking between male and female personas too. A very, very confused soul.
