What was the reason to go with PC in the first place?

Not ribbing you, just wondering.

Just that I wasn't a hilton member, didn't see myself using hilton. I had many points with PC and saw myself using them. Having said that I did originally book a MINT hotel in Glasgow (that turned hilton) with a Crowne Plaza only a few hundred meters away, which gives an indication of my commitment to PC.

Ah yes, the Hilton Garden Inn. That's where I stayed too when I was there a few weeks ago. I wonder if we were actually there at the same time

I got there on 11 May, there could have been an overlap, if I remember when you said you were there properly.

It is Friday night and it is a long weekend! :)

Most flights look to have delays again and it would appear the last 3 flights to SYD are going to leave close together. I jumped off the last flight of the night onto an earlier flight albeit delayed. Just in case. And it is a 767 which is a bonus. ;)

Silly question but with the very high on-time performance numbers published every month are there any delays on days I do not travel?

No flying today, what am I going to do with myself, catch up on sleep. ;)

If you use LinkedIn - now is a good time to change your password, seeing millions of passwords were stolen from the website recently. Ditto if you use the same password on your email addresses that you have registered to LinkedIn.

My email passwords are different to my linkedin account but my LinkedIn password is the same as my FT and AFF accounts. What is someone going to do with those accounts actually post something that people can understand, anything personal on PMs doesn't stick around so there shouldn't be any problems there.

I haven't found a real use for LinkedIn just yet but with over 3 million Australian users just another social network program to have in case.

Now off to Germany on LH on some of my BMI points, cash and points what a great invention pity its gone.
I got in on the cash and miles act very late. I am going to miss it.

With the current airfares it is back to Qantas economy for overseas trips.

Well I have only travelled with you twice and on one of those occasions we left on time and arrived early. The other occasion we were not quite that lucky.

So I suppose that is 50/50.

In any case do not freat as July is near and I hear that the golf is looking pretty good, a bit wet at the moment though.

The password for LinkedIn is not the same as the one for Hotmail but is the same as some other accounts.

I got an email the other day to link Hotmail address with LinkedIn and I tried using it but it looked way too dadgy and appeared to give LinkedIn way too much information so I stopped setup before anything could happen.

I do not understand this push to link everything together....

I have a feeling we're not going to be able to catchup on this trip now, I've got to head off on a business trip Thurs/Fri (leave 9am Thurs, back 5pm Fri from St Pancras International).

Will it ever stop raining in Blighty? I'm over it now.

Not raining down in old London town.. BTW, we should try catch up one of these days, time permitting.

There seems to be a large influx of people over the next 2 months, always happens (due to it being Summer I guess). It's just a shame that I'm so tied up with work right now

Anyone else enjoying the white Tim Tams on sale at the moment? At three packets for $5 it was a good deal.

There are quite a few AFFers who like their Tim Tams and always on the hunt for good value ones. Mainly I learned this through Twitter.

Not sure what they would say about the white choc ones, though...

I LOVE white chocolate, but when mixed with biscuits it loses appeal. Doesn't go quite as well as 'normal' chocolate does:!:

Here I was thinking I did well last week when I picked up several packets of Tim Tams (normal, chewy caramel, double choc, turkish delight etc) for $1.79 as the usual "sale" price is $1.99!
