Facebook? What is that?

I sort of guessed private trade was the only realistic option.

You know what Facebook is, just hurry up and join.

On the alcohol you could just gift it to friends then ask for a donation.

I know you guys liked it at the HGI Glasgow City Centre. I just spent my time there wishing that I'd actually gone with the Hilton Glasgow (which, had I gone with a refundable booking at the HGI, I would have. I found the HGI there way too uncomfortably small.

I didn't really spend too much time in the room, so wasn't much of a concern for me. Was a nice touch with the iMac in the room as a TV/PC (even if it is a Mac ), nice concept.

Dammit. I've accidentally let our Disney PhotoPass photos expire from our trip in April. :(
They expired on Tuesday 5th, and by the T&Cs on the Disney PhotoPass site, once they've expired, they're gone. There were only a few photos, but one or two nice ones of Little Miss with Tink. :(

Just received a personal email from Justin Beiber asking me to purchase tickets to his private invite only music concert in Sydney next week by clicking on the link contained within the email.

I somehow don't think it's actually from him.

Any you wonder why I made the switch to Mac?

Because they sing better?

Really OT, but years ago I was given a pair of official Microsoft Boxer shorts. They were actually pretty cool (for boxer shorts), but having
MICRO
SOFT
on the front label really turned me off them!!

In the UK it's Back to basics for the kids, again...

Children go back to basics in maths - Telegraph

"...a move designed to benchmark lessons against those found in the world's most advanced education systems, such as Singapore, Hong Kong and parts of the United States."

The current maths expectations must really suck vs Australia, because the new expectations match those of Australia and then some. And we, compared to on a world stage, still suck at maths, both at a primary and a more advanced level in all.

And English standards are poor too amongst school leavers. You just need to read job applications to believe that.
