Anyone from anywhere other than Brisbane has to be considered an alien . I still remember the signs at US immigration at LAX back in the early 1990's (or was it late 1980's??) when the queues for non-US citizens were clearly signed for "Aliens". The current politically correct signs state "Visitors". So I was once an official alien .Hey I will be back in Brisbane in a few hours which is still totally alien to me after living there for 3 months....
