Same, I guess. It was only 8 degC this morning, but our bathroom has no form of heating (or heat lamps), so getting out of the shower and into the cold bathroom was freezing (but probably not -2.1 degC).

Exactly. I get fidgety if I'm not interested in what I'm doing, and I know I wont do a good job because of a lack of interest. I really don't see my job as a"job" but something I enjoy doing and they happen to pay me for the pleasure of it. If there's no pleasure, then.......

It was minus 6.3 degrees this morning in CBR and YOU people are complaining?!?! Nor do I have any heat.

Got a text last night, CNS- DRW delayed 4 hours, so I change tonight's flight tithe one via Gove and advise colleagues.
Find out this morning one employee cannot get on the Gove flight, so I decide to change back to provide some company in the CNS lounge.
Sent colleagues off three hours ago, along with most of the original flights pax.
Just had the lounge manager let us know we are now going via Gove, the earlier flight has gone tech at Gove and we are taking an engineer.

We will most likely beat the earlier flight into DRW.

Back in the Flagship lounge at LAX again. Minor hick-up with entry as given boarding pass at LAS without my QFF number on it. The AAngel was very apologetic when I couldn't understand not being handed the white key. All sorted and now on standby for an earlier flight to JFK.

Well it's been bloody cold in CNS this week (doona, ceiling fan off, hoodie in the evening).

Enroute to MEL and had to raid the North America bag for appropriate frostbite prevention items

Similar cold morning in BNE and surrounds. It takes taken quite a while for my thumb to hit the right keys to post this message and done innumerable backspaces to correct spelling.

At 6am I had on 4 layers of clothing and beanie when starting my morning walk with dog number 1. Now down to 3 layers walking dog number 2, but hands and face are exposed and both feeling the cold. Plenty of frost around.

Very spectacular sunrise in Sydney this morning, at least viewed from the F lounge Didn't take a pic though ... was busy making a beeline to the showers after the 15 hour journey from LAX in Y. Thank the QF Gods for bulkhead seat and platinum shadow - my first flight as Platinum and rather enjoyed it!
