Is this writing on the BP something that happens automatically when your flight is changed?

If your flight is changed within X minutes of your flight (and I don't know the exact figure for X, but think it's around an hour), then it gets printed.

I have had this happen to me many times when my flights are changed at late notice. I have not missed out on a meal yet in economy and I only ever recall once where I was not served with the meal service but a meal brought back to me after they had finished.

There's probably a simple answer to my question...what is the easiest way to print all posts in a thread, apart from printing a page at a time? If all posts are displayed in continuous fashion, then I suppose I could hit the "print" button and thread would be printed in as many pages as it takes.

I received a call from Qantas this morning.

It was funny, as it was almost like a check up to see if I was OK and if my recent travel with Qantas had been up to my expectations.

I have not been on a Qantas flight for 3 weeks..... That's the longest it has been in around 15 years.

My last 4 flights were VA in J class. Prior to that. 2 private jet. 1 BA Club Europe (Yuck which is why we flew private back from VCE to LON) 3 x EK in F.

If VA lift their game a little more, they may be my 1st choice for DOM travel.

I'm glad they care about you. For the other 99.45%, they really don't care.

Do you know something..... You are possibly right. I'd like to think they would care as much about everyone... It would be near on impossible though. My lack of flights with them would possibly indicate that I have in some way been unhappy. It isn't the case. My recent choices have been dictated by convenience, and the fact I have only 1 choice of a J service to OOL.

A lot of people think I am a one-eyed Qantas fan... The truth is... I will fly with whomever I choose.

BTW... I was called by VA on the Friday before I came to OOL to see if there was anything I would like, to make my flight more comfortable. I was pretty impressed with that.

They definitely have to lift their game regarding food and wine choices. Often there is just no choice of wine and this is not good enough

The VA flights I have taken in J have had a choice of red or white, just like QF, has this changed? Interestingly I did 12 J flights last week from 7 different ports and all the flights had the same red (a nice Sepplett Shiraz) bar 1, good thing it was a very nice drop.

Ok back off topic now.

The last two mornings have seen the thermometer bottom out at minus 6 degrees here in CBR. It is freezing.

Still tomorrow morning will see a relatively warmer minus 4 degrees.

Ruddy cold here this AM at 4-6C (yes, that is +). Especially with broken hot water system, and lukewarm water at best!!!

Very cold in Brisbane this morning.

I have now been here for 5 winters and believe this is the coldest....

Thankfully this was coming back from the Remarkables park in Queenstown and just the kind of weather we like :D

Be sure to get your electrician to check the thermostat is working before you let the plumber sell you a new OT water system!!

plumber, quote for new system $600 - $1200, depending on size. And he was at the ready to take it away right THEN, & replace.
Electrician, new thermostat, around $ 18.75

Can't help myself, great to be a Queenslander. :D:D

Queensland 21 NSW 20 in the state of origin, 7 series wins in a row. :D

And only a Queenslander would care about State of Origin.

No one remembers who won the State of Origin in 1972 but many remember who won the Grand Final that year. In fact I can remember Grand Final winners of most years since the 50's and I was not born until the 60's.

The AFL got it right. Can't wait for this silly concept to be relegated to the pre-season or post-season. Jeopardises the chances of many teams trying to win the most important title.

As Fatty Vautin once said, there are only two kinds of people: Queenslanders & those who would like to be! Still rings true.
