You're referring to the QF F lounges? Those doors have to line up precisely to be able to lock them properly. That said, it's not asking for much, so I agree with you in who in their right mind doesn't do it.

I'm always paranoid about the door opening when I'm in the bathroom, so I always lock and test-force the door to check it before I proceed.

We needed to know this? Thank goodness olfactory sensors for smartphones haven't been developed yet! ;)

Have just completed the painful journey that is selecting a solar panel company to install black things on my roof.

I was one of the 1,000,0000's that got in at the last minute to secure the QLD government FIT (feed in tariff) of 44c KW + I get another 8c KW from AGL :D

What an absolute mind boggling task!

Whoever was the "Green Genie Genius" that thought this one up deserve to secure one of those lush retirement package gigs I.E. a diplomatic post to the Vatican or High Commissioner to the London coughtail circuit:!: The system will cost $12,000 and with the Government paying me to feed it into their lines the thing will be paid off in just over 3 years :D

The final point that got me to sign on the dotted line.....every year the thing will earn around $3,500.....thats a J seat to somewhere nice:D Nearly as good as cat food & taco sauce ;)

I wonder where the money comes from to subsides these things;)

Anyway, if any of you QLD's are interested in my deal - just ask.

Booked to fly MEL-BNE-MEL this weekend on Jetstar and Tiger. (Cheapest by far on such short notice..)

3 weeks ago we were flying TG F back from Europe...
Oh how the mighty can fall back down to earth with a thud!

Yep, SYD F Lounge. I'm not sure the guy even attempted to lock it, the indicator was full green, not half red and green. He also had absolutely no problem locking it after I closed the door. I was probably most mad because the locking process involved opening the door forcefully into me as I turned away. (fighting the urge to gouge out my eyeballs)

If I ever get to meet medhead in the flesh - remind me not to borrow his phone!

Bring rubber gloves and alcohol disinfectant :p

Hospital grade disinfectant is how I roll.

At 3:38pm on a Friday I am guessing someone in the VA Lounge or a VA flight? ;)

My iPhone app signature might give you a clue of the location. ;)

Those evil economic vandals the current commonwealth government copied this from Germany, I believe. It's being paid for by suckers like me who haven't taken this pathway yet. My BiL can use his power credit to pay his water bills since he has the same supplier for both.

New Zealand All Blacks 27 defeat the Australia Wallabies 19 in the Rugby Union, in other news the sky is blue and the sun rises in the east.:p
