Day 7 of the great helipad mural finished early.At 1300 the winds were whistling through the helipad.The forecast that they would reach 50-60Kph and possible gusts to 100Kph.

Nice view! We finally had a light dusting of snow on early Saturday AM, but then the rain came and washed it all away. Looks like your weather isn't too dissimilar. Given my view hasn't changed for a few months as I can't go anywhere/do anything, unfortunately no views to share from me

I was supposed to be showing Mrs FB around there 3 weeks ago Spent a lot of time there growing up when the old man was working down there! Ah...... he lost so many Ansett miles, but we won't go there

No - far too much activity for them to be on the beach, and we were there in the middle of the day. I have seen them on the beach at other quieter times.

We were lucky when we took our o/s guests there as there was little traffic and the roos stayed on the beach all the time.

Peak school holidays plus no getting out of the state. It was all very orderly. Most people seem to snare a spot and park up for the day.

The couple doing the job have got to know me now.Had a little chat.The contract is to paint 5 of the helipad supports.There are 11.What's the point!.
