The Thursday 4 August TT213 (0700 SYD down to MEL) was airborne at exactly 0800 and hence A320 VH-VNC should arrive at roughly 0911, 36 minutes late.

On Tuesday 9 August, TT518, the 0935 MEL - BNE (A320 VH-XUH) took off at 1020. Arrival should be at about 1222, 32 minutes tardy.

Northbound, TT218 (A320 VH-VNO), the 0905, took off from MEL at 1007 with SYD arrival predicted at 1109, 34 late.

Not necessarily a delay, but on 1 August A320 VH-VNG flew from DRW of all places to CRK in Philippines, touching down at 1437 after time in the sky of four hours 16 minutes. Is this for planned maintenance?

On 10 August the aircraft was visible at 2045 AEST on FR24 - often a sign that 'movement at the station' is about to occur.

Monday 15 August 2016 sees Tt263, the 1725 from SYD down to MEL having been airborne exactly an hour after its pushback time. A320 VH-VNG should arrive at about 1941 which would be 41 minutes behind the allotted.

The mid to late evening of Sunday 21 August has seen TT278 (2045 hours from MEL up to SYD) take off at 2138 (aircraft A320 VH-VNK) with likely arrival at 2241, 31 minutes behind time.

TT8 is delayed from 0645 hours ex Melbourne on Thursday 6 October to an estimated 0230 hours on Friday 7. Perhaps it is unrelated to volcanic activity?

On Friday 7 October 2016, TT211, the early morning 0640 hours from SYD down to MEL was not airborne until 0904 and hence is likely to arrive at 1026, 126 minutes late. It is being operated by A320 VH-VNQ.

The following southbound TT221 is about 15 minutes late and should be in MEL at roughly 1035, so once again it shows what a lottery some flights can be on the day.

In consequence TT224, the 1010 from MEL back up to SYD is expected to depart at about 1100.

Sunday 9 October 2016 sees TT448, the 0945 hours from ADL across to MEL not having taken off until 1033. Arrival of A320 VH-XUH should be at about 1230, 45 minutes late as the aircraft is in a holding pattern to Bendigo's east as at 1156.

Delays on what has been a very windy, and is about to become a rainy, Sunday 9 October in MEL are continuing into the evening with TT471, the 1720 hours from MEL tyo ADL not taking off until 1853. Arrival is forecast for 1928, 68 minutes late. Aircraft is A320 VH-XUG.

TT263, the 1725 late afternoon SYD - MEL became an evening departure with takeoff at 1954 for a suggested arrival down south of 2127 instead of 1900 hours: A320 VH-VNF is the conveyance.

Monday 17 October 2016 sees Tt413 (A320 VH-VNP), the 1505 hours from MEL to PER having risen to the sky at 1607 with arrival suggested as 1715 hours, 55 minutes tardy.

While not ideal, to be delayed an hour is infinitely better than to have one's flight regularly cancelled as JQ patrons are experiencing (with little or no notice) for JQ972 or JQ977 each day, according to the erudite jakob01:

TT700 (the 0845 hours Friday 21 October MEL - CFS, A320 VH-VNF) did not take off until 0945 AEDT so arrival should be at approximately 1126, 51 minutes tardy.

TT221 (Friday 21 October 2016) 0845 hours SYD - MEL (A320 VH-VNH) was not airborne until a very much delayed 1236, so arrival is suggested for 1355, 215 minutes late.

The arrival back from CFS in MEL was also delayed (see above).

As a result, TT242, the 1330 hours MEL - SYD has been delayed until 1410 while TT413, the 1505 hours MEL - PER should instead depart at around 1615 this afternoon.

The 1315 hours from SYD down to MEL, TT243, took off at 1415. A320 VH-VNC should arrive at 1520, half an hour behind schedule.

UPDATE: TT263 (1725 hours SYD - MEL took off at 1851 with VH-VNH so it is much closer to the timetable than was the ase this morning. Perhaps a round trip cancellation has assisted? TT264 should arrive at about 2008, 58 minutes late.

TT264, the 1825 hours from MEL to SYD took off at 1919, with arrival of A320 VH-VNG likely at 2023, 33 minutes behind.

On Thursday 27 October, TT218, the 0905 hours from MEL up to SYD is taking off at 0957, so arrival of A320 VH-VNR should be at around 1105 instead of the scheduled 1030.

TT563, the 1435 mid afternoon OOL to MEL took off at 1501 which is less than 10 minute late but arrival of A320 VH-VNO will not be until approximately 1820 (just revised from five minutes later as I typed), 25 minutes late.

The weather is benign in MEL, or bucolic might be another description, and it's early Saturday evening, about as off peak domestically as one can get (save for racegoers returning to SYD from MEL Derby Day) but TT258, the 1720 hours MEL - SYD (A320 VH-VNP) did not take off until 1813 hours. Arrival should be about 45 minutes tardy at 1930.

On Sunday 30 October, TT256, the 1645 hours from MEL to SYD (A320 VH-NNH) took off at 1732 but has been in a fairly lengthy holding pattern over Crookwell NSW, so arrival should be 55 minutes behind at 1905 early this evening.
