Turkish Airlines Status Match

So I've submitted (I think) a new request using my platinum status. The new form seems a bit strange. When I pressed up load to attach a copy of my card it cleared the form so I'm not certain it's submitted.

From memory you do get an emailed acknowledgement.

Would be interested to know the email address you used for TK, subharpoon. My partner just tried again and the email address for Customer Service that we had used successfully before, bounced, with a referral back to the website.
Could you give us the address that worked for you, please?

Thank you! I think that is the link he is trying now. Let's see if his luck is as good as yours. (He may have used it all up, with an F long haul upgrade confirmed a week out, and a domestic OpUp to J last night. )

Their own metal, they already codeshare with Thai ex BKK.

I had the same so then used IE and it worked fine.

That online form is so frustrating, doesn't work half the time for me and after I upload the doc page refreshes and goes back to square one :/.

I had that problem too. If you're using a Mac try using Safari as that's what worked for me in the end. I'm guessing it doesn't like Firefox.

After I choose file, upload, the page refreshes and goes back to the start on both safari and chrome.

21 attempts and i finaly saw the end of the tunnel on safari.

What did they match to? Your "FF Prog:" shows VA SG USDM. Is the SG QF or VA?

Should probably update that eh? They matched my Flying Blue Gold (Skyteam Elite+) which was matched from VA SG.
