At home with a throat that feels like I've swallowed razor blades, I downloaded and binge-watched Humans Season 1. Great show about a synthetic (life-like robot) that comes to be employed by a typical middle-class Pommie family. Combined American-English production.

Riveting stuff! Off to see if they've commissioned a season 2.

Currently watching this on the ABC. Very good programme. A nice remake of the Scandi version, although I haven't watched that. I think they have a few seasons of that version.

I recorded the series while I was away. I am slowly wading through the various programs I recorded.

Would anybody have believed that Ben Mendelsohn had this quality of performance in him? He was simply stunning in this role!

I really struggled to get into Blood Lines. Very slow...... Narcos is on the list to watch. Waiting for my guilty pleasure to start back this month (Blacklist).

We're happy to but I don't know when we'll be able to watch it. We'll be on holidays at the time. Hopefully our media box will catch it provided there are no power failures or technical problems. We'll probably be putting the children to bed at the time it airs and we're not getting up early to watch the live feed (if they do this again like they did last season).

I did a marathon viewing of Narcos over the weekend. Well worth a watch. I'll have to do a bit of research to see how closely the show re-enacts the true life of Pablo Escobar. What a story!

We finished the series too over the weekend, excellent and I was googling some parts for authenticity, seems pretty close

We loved the first run of Blacklist; the most recent season has been shown on free to air - and (I can't remember which channel) has been totally stuffed around by programmers. It was like they'd paid the money, perhaps it didn't rate and they thought oh well doesn't matter when we show it, just kept stuffing around with the schedule. Infuriating....and why I am considering getting Netflix.I did see a little bit of Narcos at my daughter's - she raved about it

We loved the first run of Blacklist; the most recent season has been shown on free to air

Channel 7 used to brag about "fast tracking" Blacklist..... but the season two finale - s02e22 - aired in the US back in May and has only just been broadcast in the past week or so here.

Season 3 episode 1 is to be broadcast in the US at 9pm on Thu 01-Oct-2015, and will be available on channel BT shortly after (probably about 3.30pm Friday AUEST) ! :shock: :shock:

Wowsers, just into the second episode of Narcos and good heavens, I am exhausted! Why is it I can tolerate murder but not to animals. Although the girl in that scene was just awful. Hoping the Mexican gets an awful awful death sometime soon. Over a period of days would be best.
