Probably due to lead actors' wages. At the end of Friends, the six leads were getting in the order of $1M each per episode. The Big Bang Theory is similar I believe.

According to a trailer for the upcoming Arrow episode, the death which has been mentioned in the flash forward scenes, appears to be taking place in the next episode. Looks can be deceiving of course.

Can't be too soon I suggest. Series started ok but now has been dragging on and on with sillier and sillier plots. Deserves to be taken out for a quick death.

Yes was very good well written with forceful valid arguments on both sides. With two very good actors as well.

They are almost impossible to find but worth a look if you can find them (a bit too intelligent and out of the box for most TV programmers in Australia):

Crazy Ex-Girlfreind is a surprisingly energetic and very funny comedy (for fans of Flight of the Conchords and Don't Trust the B#$%t in Apartment 23)

Man Seeking Woman is one of the blackest and darkly funny comedies I have seen out of the US in a while (with the exception of Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia - recommended if you liked Portlandia and Its Always Sunny....)

UnReal and Bosch are still the strongest and best written new stuff that I have enjoyed recently. Haven't started Jessica Jones yet but have heard its really good.
