Just watched the two part episode of Strike - Silkworm. Definitely better than the first 3 episodes. Apparently another 2 episodes to be released early next year.

A big week in US TV series releases - looking forward to getting my binge of Survivor and hoping that Brooklyn Nine-Nine has not jumped the shark.

Star Trek Discovery was quite good, however look of the Klingons were awful and their change to the Klingon language was annoying. Plus I don't how many hours of reading subtitles I can take.

So a mixed marriage? ;)

.

Luckily only on the Trekkie part. ;) So I can watch after she goes to be or is at her choir etc.

Fortunately she enjoys all my hiking, sailing 4WD-ing, travelling pastimes, as well as many types of series such as crime and history genres and so life is good.

I have one mate of the last 37 years who as soon as he got married that his wife then refused to go camping or bushwalking any longer despite having indulged in these past-times for the 3 years when courting (often with us)! So no more shared hiking/camping or adventure trips. Though we share a footie club and so match day is still going strong.;)

The New Star Trek isn't bad. Would be better if not for the look of the Klingons or the Klingons scenes constantly needing subtitles. Some speculation the Discovery is part of Section 31 or is set in the parallel universe.

The Orville just keeps getting better and better. They really need to get Seth Macfarlane to be involved in the next Star Trek franchise either series or Film.

Seth when he was on the series Enterprise.

Stranger Things series two - have watched 4 episodes so far. Didn't think they could keep it up but they have. Great to see Paul Reiser and Sean Astin again. Samwise has been feeding in a good paddock it seems!

Loving the 80s vibe of the opening credits. So Terminator/80s sci-fi movie.

Seems to be nine episodes on Netflix. Are they saving the finale to stop journos spoiling it for everyone or is that it?

And Australian actor Dacre Montgomery as Billy with the best mullet since Billy Ray Cyrus.

Latest Curb your Enthusiasm with Larry David was quite funny with about the first ten minutes devoted to airports and a plane flight.
