Mine did too. No statement either but saying payment date of the 10th.. WTF????

I haven't received a statement yet either. Online account states payment date is 30th, so I'm expecting an e-statement after Easter with a due date of 30th April.

Received my 20k points - now waiting for the bonus 10k plus the 6k for the regular spending.

Mine points posted too. First spend was 13/3/12.
Just $700 shy of the $5k spend now.

My package received today. Will activate card and make first use tomorrow.

Just got the 20K points show up in my QFF account. Still chugging away to get the extra 10K.

i have to say the online system for the card is the worst I've seen. it's so basic. No ability to schedule bpay pays.

That said, 30K of bonus points for $0 is fair compensation

The activation was not automatic; call taken by operator who also confirmed link to QF program.

I found application with Mac bank better than HSBC. Now, I have full complement of cards for my needs...CitiBusiness Gold Visa offering 1.25:1 with $250k cap, Jetstar MasterCard 1:1, both to QF program. Westpac Amex offering 1.25:1 crediting SQ, no cap. Finally, Amex offering 1:1.5 (with cap).

I'm not sure but hoping Jetstar card will be uncapped. Any idea?

My 20,000 points posted yesterday too.
Now I only have $440 left to spend which shouldn't take long ;)

The cap is $100,000, stated in the fine print about earning points/Jetstar dollars.

Spent the $5k on both cards now.

Currently no points, no statement, nothing since they arrived... I think my bill cycle will be around the 17th... maybe?

first spend in Feb, still no 20,000 point bonus.. have now spent over $5,000.. will wait until next statement at end of april2012 before I start the phone calls...

Got my 20K BONUS points today :)
Also an email asking if everything O.K, that I attempted to reply.....returned error to address?

the online banking is terrible - and appears there's no way to get transaction data out for import into something else - argh! I just assumed all cards had such basic stuff available...

Standard bank cards are generally not to bad. But some of these private label cards have pretty dodgy websites.

frustratingly, it's Macquarie Bank issuing it - presumably they have a functional Internet banking system that they could let us use instead of the amazingly bad one they seemingly wrote just to whitelabel.

If I cannot get transaction data into me budgeting/accounting software there's no point in using the card. This is currently a problem for me and Woolworths Everyday Reward Mastercard. As a result, I hardly use it.

yep, agree on both. such a shame, since they're both otherwise quite good value and seem targeted at the sort of people who would be using some sort of financial software.

I don't know lots of people that import their personal expenditure into financial software!
