Ok, I think I might be facing something similar tomorrow :shock:
I'm going to LHR, had requested a points upgrade. Nothing until T-22 when a wait list for P segment appeared. Now the J segment has gone, I'm seated in F but online check-in will only allow me to select a seat in the J cabin
I haven't seen this before, to cap it all no points have yet been deducted :!:
I phoned QF and was assured that subject to operational requirements etc I am confirmed in P on their system.
I think I'll take a screen shot just incase.
Fingers, toes and everything else crossed.
