Gee you have done well! So did you get an Open Jaw, Stopover within region, Destination as Guam (even though less than 24hrs?) all in the one itinerary? They must be getting lazy with the end coming up!

I got a MEL/SYD open jaw, multi-day SIN stopover, GUM destination (29hrs) and HKG stopover (25hrs). Pretty amazing. It's not that the girl didn't care, she just really wanted to help me get my trip Seriously, talk to "Alana" if you can...I did 2 HUACA before I got her (admittedly my original plan was killed by the MC at GUM).

I thought you couldn't get MEL-SYD on USDM?? Or am I not reading it correctly?

MEL-SYD vv is not possible (technically it is, but UA has issues carrying due to cabotage - even if that's not really an issue)

My guess is the (MEL-) in brackets is bought separately. So it is flying out of SYD and back in to MEL open jaw.

All on TG, 660,000 points total

After 12am AEST, I had to give up sometimes.

I had three trips lined up in the next 12 months (JRO, IST, SGN) but alas no GUM.

after some 6 hours on the phone and some really nail pulling moments......(including having miles taken out of my account by mistake)

...I finally manage to ticket these two * trips for one last hurrah to USDM before OW sets in.

Although, I haven't creamed it to its full potential, I'd had enough of their stopover rules, MPMs, and a rebutting pricing desk that I think I should just be happy with what I've got.

I would hope so! I did get lucky, but I got 2 stopovers, a destination and an open jaw :S
