Sunday 22/12 (evening), I made a large purchase on Booktopia via the VFF site. In under 24 hrs, I've had confirmation via email from VFF that I have points pending & awaiting supplier confirmation from this purchase.

Interestingly, I've had the points pending email before Booktopia have taken the money off my card.

Let's see when I get my points. I've actually had a good strike rate.

Hmm... The Iconic has been quietly removed from Shop and Earn, making S&E much less relevant for me now. Wonder what will happen to the couple of thousand pending points I still have from this supplier?

On topic.. I was just checking my pending transaction on the eStore and for some reason I was denied ~1400pts from a TM Lewin transaction last year. I've never had anything denied before... thoughts?

Shows the consistency of the program... I've made 6 purchases, 3 appeared pending... 2 have even been approved!

I would say it's something to do with my computer, but I have used 3 different PC's and navigated correctly via the E-Store

I purchased a few items from onsport.com.au and was VERY pleased that you entered you VFF number at the end. I am MUCH happier when that is the tracking method and not the dubious cookie method....

Tonight received a few emails about my Ebay purchases back from Oct and Nov last year saying points are pending!

Funnily enough it says I'll receive points within 30 days of purchase

Lucky you that points are pending at least. Velocity just canceled my pending transaction without any reason despite my purchase went through and goods have been received.

Meanwhile, Velocity never honour that their promotion, for example, double points from Global estore during Xmas time, as opposite, they mis-allocated at least 100 points for my transactions.

Interesting, I received a couple of similar emails about Ebay purchases from November too, but when I check my pending transactions there's nothing there! Am still waiting on some recent purchases to be recognised as well, but from the sounds of things I shouldn't be holding my breath...

Yep nothing showing as pending either, but I'll give it a few more days then shoot off an email with all my missing points

8 purchases made in Oct and Nov have all posted on 9 Jan. I have never had a problem with the Velocity Shop. The points eventually get there

yes - the store is very hit and miss. made a purchase before xmas through Appliances Online. No pending points - so followed up. Got an email from gold helpdesk to say that I was not eligible as I had not pressed the 'Shop Now' button on the S&E site! what a joke!

Tontine purchases from the 6/1/14 came up straight away, the evening of the same day of purchase, however ebay purchase from prior day the 5/1/14 and a further 4 ebay purchases on the 14/1/14 nothing has come up. Prior ebay purchases on 15/12/13 and 16/12/13 came up straight away, maybe there is an ebay problem at the moment?

My purchase from Bonds in Nov has been 'pending' for a month. When I query it with velocity I have to supply all the details again and again...Cash card purchases also not posting.

I also received another batch of emails over the past 24 hours for ebay purchases dating back to October and also some for January 2014

As much as I HATE Ebay and try to avoid using it, sometimes you don't have a choice as the business won't deal outside of Ebay or allow COD

What about Sony? Made a purchase from Sony on the 26 November. It's status is still "Pending" - I thought this was supposed to take 30 days?

Just received email from Velocity - points from my purchase of 07/12/2013 should be credited to my account within 24 hours. YAY!
