Fuel Lock has come in extremely handy these last two weeks

Yes indeed, I’ve locked in at 10 cents below average so taking the 2 cars to fill up by end of week. Then fingers crossed - may use Costco but the Lines are crazy!

I asked at my local the other day, The attendant just processes the 2 pumps on 1 transaction.

Will have to get the partner to download seperate App but everything else is now over that $2 mark

I'll investigate putting an lpg afterburner on the car, maybe something like this.

Although two accounts allows for flexibility, so you don't have to fill up at exactly the same time. It did only hit me this last week that having a backup fuel lock would be advantageous. Simply keep the barcode for the other account in Stocard or something.

Stocard, excellent idea thanks. I presume you then don't have to login to 7-Eleven accounts to redeem, which gets messy with multiple accounts.

You would have to log into each account to activate fuel lock, but then just scan the barcode of the account when you fill up.

Dropped in at 7-11 as low yesterday and saw this. Filled up as a result

A weird thing just happened at 7-11.

I needed fuel badly so locked in 170 (All stations in the area are 170+).

Filled up, went to pay, opened the app and it showed my locked in price as 153.3!

I checked to make sure I hadn't accidentally selected E10, but no it was super unleaded.

Saved $7.88. Very weird
