I read that, but I was wondering when it came about? I've never received an email from Vinomofo about it, but judging from my account icon I'm at gold level. UPDATE: Item still hasn't shipped. Been 14 days since purchase. I contacted them again today (for the 4th time). Was told it would ship today. Given another $20 credit for the delay. Total of $35 credit now issued.10 days now and not shipped. I contacted them today and they claimed the items haven't yet arrived at their warehouse. I'll be contacting them everyday until it ships.
UPDATE: I did contact them again this morning. I was told that they now have the items and they will be dispatched soon. Then got this email:
