Vinomofo Wine Deals

Vinomofo tracker on Cellary is down for me, which is unfortunate as Vinomofo currently have a lot of stock on the black market.

Any particular one you're looking at? I'm not aware of any that have been identified at Cellary that hasn't been IDed here as well.

Liked it here too, though noticed it changed considerably (for the worst) on the second day.

That's unfortunate electrotek, what's your ultimate verdict then, worth keeping or return to sender? (what was it that changed your opinion on the second day just out of curiosity?)

I'll be keeping it, just drinking quicker. ;) I'm not good at explaining wines, but the flavour profile changed a lot on the second day. That smoothness it had on the first day was also gone. No complaints about Day 1.

Does anyone know if this is another Capel Vale "special" ?

Mitolo Cantiniere

Many thanks!

Although I just checked the Mitolo website and Cellartracker and they have this vintage (and the 2014) listed for $68, and I feel I've seen that on the Fo too... just Fo trickery given this is listed as $50 full price?

Thanks AC -for the price I think I'll skip it. By way of comparison HH gives it 87 (in 2015 and orig 84 in 2013!).
Also JH says drink to 2042 so perhaps the 96 point rating is expecting some sort of turning point for the better based on aging?

Mike Bennie (WineFront) gave it a 93, with a drink-to-2025 window.

$68 for memory is the straight shiraz cantiniere; which got mixed reviews here

Apologies AC... you are correct, I was looking at the straight shiraz. And thanks jrod for helping me to realise, I have seen that the Shiraz was not particular popular here. Seriously sleep deprived and my attention to detail is obviously lacking!
