Any suggestions for a case to take advantage of free shipping (I'm such a sucker... gets me every time!)?

I'm a shiraz and cab drinker, have enjoyed both Mavericks and the Pertaringa Ovet The Top. Are the 10 Chains worth a look for a weeknight sip?

I purchased some Associates - The Legacy a few weeks ago because it was advertised as "last chance". I've noticed it's been back on at least twice since then (including now).

..Might have to pop on John Farnham and drown my sorrows with a Mav cab

Is on WineDirect too - I've purchased some in the past but yet to try. Think I paid about $15 a bottle. Site also has the more premium versions available.

Customer review noted "This isn’t your typical Grenache as it exists on more of a savoury, earthy, spicy realm. You can taste the bolder, blacker fruits in this fuller style and the spice and tobacco will smack you on the nose.".

From my observations, all the "hurry up", "going going....", "last chance" advertising should be taken with a grain of salt if not ignored completely. Most of the time waiting a few days, weeks, even months they pop back up. and during that time a call to your broker will generally get you what you want unless they really have sold out.

I was typing up my tasting notes from January 2014 about a Willunga 100 Grenache 2010 version....I loved it. tannin structure were words that I used and were written about on the label. not distracting in anyway, but more of a subliminal message of the wine being a keeper I reckon. Anyway I need to due a little more due diligence but at eleven a bot, it seriously overdelivers for the complexity and quality on offer. I would not think anyone would return this wine.
I had more to say but I hit the wrong buttom and it all vanished. for you, a good thing.......I took on board the tasting notes some posted, so thanks for that as well.

Pretty sure those labels are just auto generated when there's a few cases left. Doesn't mean they'll be gone tomorrow. All depends on whether anyone else buys or not...

Plus its a case of "do you really want/need it".

Vinomofo seems to have marketing which really capitalises on FOMO (Fear of Missing out)...e.g. "You must buy now, or you will miss this amazing never to be repeated deal".

If anyone wanted a case study in internet sales, the Fo are just that. Snappy advertising targeting tech savvy folks, great product, great incentives........a recipe for success.
It does lead me to ask the question, what always succeeds?
A parrot with no teeth just in case you have never been told before.

A wine with no reviews and no pedigree. Personally, I'd pass.

The Inkwell's got good reviews. III Associates Legacy has good feedback here. If you're on a lower budget, and looking for cooler climate (like Eden Valley), then why not the Seppelt Chalambar?

I just caved on a carefully selected mix with Mr Murphy - will pick up Sat morn at the local store.

Price and quality were right...
