Vinomofo Wine Deals

Re: the Black Market Pinot (Six Foot Six)

When I first had a quick look it was there but then I was busy with customers and now it's all gone

Mine arrived yesterday. Glad I took the plunge. Everything we've been getting has been robust shiraz-y type wine and I wanted something smoother. :D

They seemed to get plenty of the Pinot so it may come back into stock again.

I guess not, they seem to have run out. I just saw a new facebook add for the 2011 WA Shiraz down to $10.50 from $35, do we know what that is yet?

Rawlax ... The WA Shiraz 2011 - $35 to $10.50 black mkt is the Bellarmine. Just arrived. Not as good as the 2010 but still a great 93pts wine. Don't think vm has run out, they just like to sell them in batches.

Anyone received or tried their Barossa Blk Mkt Shiraz 2011 - $35 to $10.50? (5 red stars but seems unrated).

Head Red retails for $20, why would you think its that?

I posed a question because I received a case of this last week. Can't remember where it came from now. On average I have at least 10 cases arrive each week (Athough last week 25 cases arrived as it was Wendouree delivery time).

It may not be the offer that you refer to, but your post is ambiguous because you don't refer to the URL of the offer or to the date of the offer for the Black Market deal. Vinomofo Black Market deals change every couple of days. Sometimes they sell out within a few hours and are replaced by entirely new deals. There have been multiple Black Market Shiraz offers for the same price from the same region. It would be useful if you could provide further details, especially the description of the wine.

I'm part of a group of about 10 people. I buy the wine, have it delivered to my work (and collect the points on my CC) and we each take a few bottles. Makes a great way to split a case. Always looking for new people to join the group :)

Phew, I was thinking to myself what do you do with all that wine - drink it?
I like your group idea, have been trying to do something here with 2 or 3 friends.

I do drink some - but not 10 cases a week!

Most is in the cellar for the long term (Eg. Wendouree doesn't get touched for at least 10 years)

Reasonably pleased with my Black Market purchase from the End of Run sale. The 2010 SA Shiraz for $10.50 is K1 by Geoff Hardy Adelaide Hills Shiraz. Been enjoying the Geoff Hardy wines that have come my way :)

Sorry if it cam across the wrong way, its just your the second person ive seen suggest its the head red and I cant figure out why. Has the head red been a recent vinomofo deal?

Interesting - via a referral delivery has been arranged for $74 all up.

If it as smooth as the SFS Pinot then it shouldn't be too bad, even as a Quaffer ...

Arrived today and, of course, had to sample

Smooth with a good flavor, not super robust.

One happy camper here - especially at just over $6 per bottle.

Not a publicly named one that I'm aware of.
