Agree. I'm not in a buying mood when it comes to VM.
They had been one of my main sources for wine. But my buying has slowed considerably and there are often much better deals available other than via VM.

Just in case I've got this wrong, the WA Zinfandel on offer at the moment is the St John's from Churchview even though the vintage (2015) doesn't appear yet on Churchview's own website https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/black-market-deal-zinfandel-2015?, quite keen to grab another dozen especially with free shipping as the 2014 and 13' were/are pretty darn good....
btw thanks to Rug for the heads-up...
Better get in quick. It's now $1080!!!
My bad that was for a 6pack. Too quick for the draw.
So is Australia, Electricity and Private Health Insurance increases well above CPI !!Inflation is rife in China, well above CPI!

Do yourself a favour if you like big wines made with class. Warrabilla make very good wines and they are well priced v quality. Don't stop at the Zinfandel. The Parola's Durif is sensational. Actually the Parola's Shiraz & Cabernet are great as well.I don't get them right very often but I think that this one's a safe bet! I agree that the 2014 probably wasn't quite as profound as the 2013 but it still tempts me, haven't had any of the Warrabilla stable (yet) but can only imagine that their "Zin" is both decadent and zinful if their other offerings are anything to go by!

Hi hormone120; welcome aboard. You are correct with your thinking. I have not opened my 2014 and 2015 supply. For a report go back in the thread to Redbigots post 11819. CheersG'day All,
Standard opener - long time lurker, first time poster...
This deal (https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/black-market-deal-shiraz-2015-23819) seems to be the next vintage of Haselgrove The Lear. Assuming that's correct, $29.90 would seem a reasonable price point for this wine, if you wait around for a VM free postage on Friday arvo deal. There seems to be a couple of good reviews around for this vintage too. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this wine or past vintages?

I boomed.
(on the 95 point AH Savvy).
@Big Bad Burley, it's NOT the Pertaringa or the Penny's Hill I was expecting.
Welcome aboard hormone120. I posted some tasting notes for this one a couple of weeks ago:

The continuation of this conversation has been moved to the Dan Murphy and other wine deals thread.I have it on very good authority from another esteemed member that the Warrabilla wines are indeed the duck's guts! I should really put the $144 I've been contemplating spending on the Rutherglen Artisan shiraz and subscribe to Warrabilla for around the same money ($150 from memory) and get a mixed 1/2 dozen of their wines....
Having said that, I've been getting the dreaded "Can't open the page...server not found message " for Warrabilla, is anyone else able to get onto their site?
