Virgin Amex Velocity Platinum card now 110k points

I've hard the card for nearly 2 weeks and hit the $1000 spend within the first week.

No bonus points... actually no points at all. Will wait and see.

Have you logged in to your online AMEX (not velocity) account and viewed your points accrual there? Points accrue in amex and are then pushed over to Velocity once per month. If you are a definitely not earning any points on your transactions (as per Amex online account) then something is definitely wrong..

Would be calling up, even if you missed out on bonus points, no reason you shouldn't be getting the purchase accrual.

Have you clicked on the button which says 'view points summary'? I only found it just then after reading your posts. As otherwise above it says 0 points currently transferred to Velocity.

I thought the max was 10 referrals for 200k points?? but if you're at 15 and the points are now in your velocity account then well done.

From T&Cs 3. Cap Referrals: You may only send referral messages to a maximum of 20 friends and the amount of Velocity Points you may receive under the Refer a Friend program is capped at 200,000 Points.
