Westfield XS card

I dont know whether to jump into this or not. I dont live or work anywhere near a Westfield (and hate the places TBH). Its a lot of cash locked up if you cant wash it properly.

I got sucess after the 4th PO with the TC card and now it's loaded I can just reload again I withdraw the cash from CBA for a $2- fee

$2 atm fee only . When I went to the bank it said $2 fee to use this card and that's what happened . I rang the load and go post office general assistance number they also said its a $2 to withdraw cash . I think this is a cheaper option albeit a extra step then just paying the cc off at the PO . $4.95 for the XS and $2 to take out from ATM up to $2500 or $2.95 to pay bills per maximum $995

There is also an ATM fees charged by the bank/atm operator. The cheapest is Coles at $1 but they restrict withdrawals to $1000. All up paying cc bills or buying t cards works out the same.

Paying my cc bills charges me $2.95 per transaction with a maximum of $995 as on the xs cards . The TC gives me back $2500 cash for $2 how is that the same ?

The TC is less generous in regards to annual cashout/spending compared to the general card. Ie: $25k per year / 5k per month.

There is a withdrawal fees charged by most ATM's. Also I have not yet come accross an ATM that allows for withdrawals for more than $2000 at once. I would love to stand corrected on the latter and save some money myself.

I have managed to pay cc statements at the post office in excess of $995 in one transaction.

Never experienced being treated as a cash advance if you bpay and the biller accepts cc's

Same although it's hard to find that many billers that accept cc's, if some do it might have been left open by accident so best to be careful about posting...

I know a few things about this, would be happy to discuss in the Qantas F lounge say :-) Never been there.

Seriously though happy to help out but would prefer PMs

My post office was happy to learn how it works with EFTPOS. She sells $50 ones there, so by knowing more it helps her sell more to her customers. I didn't explain why I was using it though. Thanks all for this thread.:)

Lol. We use it to pay bills. It's a marvellous system. Thanks for the PMs peeps. Will answer on the weekend. I've always been one for excess :)

I got my first corporate order delivered this afternoon. at a cost of 2.50 + shipping. Saves me the hassle of dealing with the concierge. Now to run to the PO :)

Did you need to prove you were entitled to order through the corporate rates?

Only asking as I dont earn/sell $20k as per the corporate rules.

Just filled the form and dropped it at the concierge desk. Was asked for Id and had to show my cc.

Ok I've got most of it, think I might be missing a few of the extra tricks.

Don't believe my CC will allow me to pay it off at PO.

So I would be limited to the LnG card (sounds like there may be another better card that I'm not quite getting)...
