The strata management company will just pass on the information to the executive committee of the body corporate. You could write a letter to the executive committee outlining the issues and requesting action. This would be either sent to the strata manager or if they have a mailbox for the body corporate you could pop it in there. It will then be discussed at an executive meeting. You could also write to the owner of your apartment (through your real estate agent) again asking for them to bring it up with the executive committee of the owner's corporation. Also can request if there are house rules for the block and if so ask for a copy - this may have something on parking. Is anyone able to assist?
I need to know who manages the strata of the building next door. I'm not interested in body corporate as those on body corporate could be the ones causing issues.
My new real estate manager does not want to help. She only cares about our building but 2 buildings share the one property and managed separately.
If cannot get help from strata where can I go next? This is out of control. Person still parking in driveway and on Saturday the person opposite me left car in front of their garage and I struggled reverse parking without hitting their car. I've just signed another 12 months lease.
There should be information somewhere on the property about the unit plan number which you could use to track down the strata management company. Are there ever letters from them to you (even as a renter)?
