I had a male friend who used to ring providers and say it's Mary Smith (wife name) and they said what's your DOB and he reeled it off - he said they couldn't say I know you're not a female and used to get around things that way. He could answer any question they threw at him

Since MrsTMA has some hearing issues it gets annoying when “they” refuse to talk to me and want me to put her on the phone then ask her lots of security questions, which apart from DOB she has to ask me for the answers, yes, do that to get around the “privacy “ and now have just resorted to saying I’m her with companies and medical appointments etc. I can answer all the questions since I set up our and her accounts and for “privacy” reasons I don’t think now they can refuse to believe.

What is coercive control anyway!
