What cheeses me off

Given that BPAY is owned by the 4 Aussie major banks, and Latitude 28 Degrees is a 3rd party not surprising there is a charge to pay via this method.

If you want to avoid surcharges best to pay directly to the card provider and not via a 3rd party.
yes, I set this up last month. I just wanted a credit card that wasn't an Amex and avoid the surcharge that gets inserted when used overseas, assuming it's even accepted. Used it in Bali for accommodation and the exchange rate was spot on.

No it is my grey backed butcherbird friends. They come and see us every evening for drinks and nibbles on the patio. Becoming very vocal with time. And mum is a very good parent and dad has demonstrated his butchering skills. Dispatched a peaceful dove 2 days ago. He seemed very proud of his achievement.
Well I can happily say we have watched our resident 2 bird families have their offspring fly away this week. Mr & Mrs Blackbird's 2 babies have left the nest, ditto Mrs Spotted Dove's 2 have finally left their spot on top of my market trolley, so I'm happy to have that back after 6 weeks of nursery duty. Both birds have tried previously to lay eggs but the thuggish Noisy Miners have raided the nests. This year we've rushed outside with sticks to chase them away every time we hear them

That due to their warehouse staffing issues Woolworths is prioritising refilling their inferior home brand Stock ahead of name brands. All the empty spots on shelves are name brands, meanwhile unwanted home brand over flowing.

Guess Coles will be getting more Christmas shopping patronage

I think mother butcherbird is getting as much as she can out of us using her young one to shame us. She has a song of 6 notes she always uses when she wants us to let us know she is there. I was sitting next to the patio door doing some trip planning when she called from the frangipani. I ignored it so the mum flew dow and stood outside the door calling to me. Then returned to the frangipani and returned with the young one with it's perpetual hungry cry. So I cracked and they got fed in the middle of the day.
