I purchased fixed value cards
I made annoyed noises on the 1300101234 number and the lady credited me 2,000 points immediately as a "goodwill gesture". She said "the other points might still be credited to my account", which shows how confident they are in their own systems. LOLI'm still missing 20x points from the TCN promo 4 weeks ago. Confirmed via online chat couple of days after purchase that points would be credited within 2 weeks. Now 4 weeks, online chat no longer available, email enquiries not available, 45 mins on the phone and it's beyond annoying. Any tips on best way to contact them? Do we need to call as soon as the call centre opens (9am)?
FYI, purchased a variable load card today and it did not track at x20 points. The 14 day clock to contact them has commenced!

I voiced my annoyance but nothing credited immediately, points came through full 3 days later. Was initially credited twice for double the amount, but next day had a "manual adjustment" and the extras were clawed back. Did you get the points straight away?Sydney Town Hall refuses to put more than 3 x $500 cards through in one transaction. Most of the staff only want to do 2. Makes it impossible to max out the offer (175,000 points = 7 days x 5 x $500 cards) as only 1 transaction per day permitted.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
