I'm hoping to use the TCN gift cards at JB HiFi (which seems like a common option here)
The item I want to buy is out of stock locally, so does anyone know of a way to use these gift cards online at JB? Wondering whether I can go into the local JB HiFi and buy their gift cards using the TCN gift cards as a workaround... unless there's an easier trick I'm missing

Can't you convert your TCN card for a jbhifi online gift cards, through the tcn website? From memory that's what I did a while ago.

Looks like that's not an option for JB HiFi, only some retailers appear to be listed as allowing the swap from TCN to the retailer gift card.. excluding JB.
I called JB just now, and they said I can't buy their gift cards with another gift card. So looks like the only option is to buy the item instore, but they may be able to transfer it from another branch and/or arrange delivery. The things we do for points...

Only the $30/$50 ones in Ashfield Woolies today.

Quite pleased to see that points were credited today for the perfect GCs (from two weeks ago) and ultimate cards (from last week). I had enquired three times to be told "not until 14 days", and humans on the online chat have been 'unavailable' for the last two days, so i was gearing up for a phone call but fortunately no need.

I have been unable to find any TCN gift card in store higher than $50. I have also spoken to a bot re my missing points after 14 days.....don't know if they really understood and if it is dealt with by a human eventually but I uploaded all relevant information and still waiting. Will wait until after the weekend before I call.

Lucky. I had to ring, twice (for a total of 2hrs 15mins and a threat of making a complaint), to get mine sorted. And I still need the ultimate ones credited. Such a pain. But when I'm sitting in J class somewhere sipping champagne it'll be worth the effort.

Think my Ultimate ones also hit this afternoon. I'm so confused as to what's what because they have credited 70K worth of FF points over the past 3 days in mostly 1K lots

Got variable uber and variable google play today. First time I buy variable and first time the ER points don't post instantly. Hopfully will post within the next 2 weeks.

At first it was annoying that bonus points from the variable TPGCs did not post automatically.

But when I eventually connected with an agent via online chat yesterday it was all sorted.

Today I discovered why they call them variable.

Picked up a few TCN Teen $30 cards yesterday to supplement a few other GCs I'd collected for a JBHifi purchase. Appeared to credit instantly. No variability as @Captain Halliday experienced, unfortunately.

Yes boosted which I am not sure why it’s there as this is a catalogue special.

Did you get the variable cards? Mind you when I bought variable Apple cards (from Big Q) some months back they credited immediately. But since then no other type of variable card has.

A few posts on ozb reporting a few ppl have been told for the variable eftpos card purchaes the remaining points will get credited and not to call
