Platinum JQ35
? HSW Saturday night
Platinum for dinner - Maybe + 2 more - do we have an est. price per person yet

Helen

Count me as Platinum for dinner, I live only a few minutes from HSW so won't stay there. I might also do JQ3 MEL-SYD on the Monday as I need to be in Sydney for Christmas if anyone can guest me in to the F Lounge?

Well if us newbies are welcome then gold for HSW, gold for dinner, silver (which I assume is a big maybe) for JQ35. Now, let's hope I get an upgrade to an exec room for the pre-dinner drinks or whatever. Can't platinum myself as might have to go to NZ for Christmas but that's a big maybe.

Will make tentative booking at HSW if you'll all have me ;)

I have a feeling this is going to be a rather large event

Hi all,

Sorry we will be missing this one! Fortunately or unfortunately I will be in the UK by then.

EH

I'm booked at the Hilton SW. Thank goodness it worked; I was getting scared last night that there may be cheap rooms running out at HSW for the Do dates (it is the common Christmas, after all!), and the damn Hilton website was chucking a fit last night when trying to book rooms.

I got a Twin Guestroom (cost me an extra $12); hope to procure a HMCC pass somewhere but not wailing if one doesn't come along (after all, I'm not in a good position to accept one, i.e. I have nothing to give in return!). Saying that, if anyone wants to pay half-price (and forgo CC and HH points) and flat for the night, the offer is there.

Now just have to think about flights...

Been there, done that. If anyone has been at all listening to my occasional rants at VA, you'll probably get a smile from this......... we're flying VA rtn. I'd organised JQ down and TT back at $171 less than what VA is costing me........that is until the other half got wind of my plan. It looks like my VA boycott will only be when I'm flying alone on business. Lucky I'm not under the thumb or anything......

I sit on the unfortunately side with that one!

I'll just be back from the UK and me +1 are platinum with the Hilton booked. Really looking forward to another brilliant munitalP and, of course, Mrs munitalP event.

I'm booked at HSW for 22nd Dec Gold turning Plat for the drinks. I've booked a King Yarra Suite as with all the other Diamonds there I don't think an upgrade will be likely
Looking forward to catching up, and hopefully winning the door prize ( again ;) )

Quite right on that one, Princess! I'm hoping that with an early booking I have a shot at the upgrades. On the other hand, the more noble (pun intended) thing would be to "prioritise" the Diamonds based on nights/points/etc., wouldn't it? (In which case, I fall pretty short!)

Looking forward to catching up, and hopefully winning the door prize

Looking forward to meeting you for the first time.

Thanks Tony! Did u used to be a comedian in the UK and do a programme called Hancock's Half Hour???

EH

If he was then it would be a second coming.
Anthony John "Tony" Hancock (12 May 1924 – 24 June 1968) was an English comedian and actor.

Popular during the 1950s and early 1960s, he had a major success with his BBC series Hancock's Half Hour, first on Radio from 1954, then on television from 1956, in which he soon formed a strong professional and personal bond with comic actor Sid James.

Am glad I've already booked my room for the night and hope to be quick enough for an upgrade as per anat01's formula.Yes I was a DJ Comp but I will requalify for HHonors Diamond through stays.
