My wife - a girl from Mackay - is not a frequent flyer, but when you do a lap back to the homeland after living overseas it can be a true FF experience - a few minutes ago, in the lounge in SCL heading back to Colombia, she said during a conversation: "I've been sleeping so well in that place - where was it? - Australia"

Just checked, have AUD (obviously), US dollar, Peruvian Sols and Mexican Pesos....! Plus Colombian Pesos and Euros in the desk drawer. But they don't count as not in the wallet.

I couldn't help but "educate" a friend of mine the other day who booked a train ticket from Sydney to Brisbane :shock: that cost about 50% more than a JQ price-beat fare.

Just recently...

You walk along a footpath and give the evil eye to someone walking on the 'wrong' side then realise that it's you walking on the wrong side.

You get to security at SYD and empty your pockets, take your shoes off and remove your belt before you realise you aren't about to go through a full body scanner again.
