I have just checked my booking on QF9 in July, I went from WP to SG in December. My seat had changed from 12B to aisle while my partner in 12A was still allocated, their status hadn't changed.

I'm assuming the the EK lounge closes after EK407 departs and any QF9 passengers get moved on?

Has anyone had experience of travelling over the complimentary distance? I want to travel 85 miles from LHR (70 is max), there will be 2 J passengers in the one car. Does the fact that we are using one car bump up the allowable distance?

Just managed to get seats allocated VA booking ANZ metal. Called Virgin to get ANZ PNR then had to call ANZ convoluted but it worked (allocation was free as VA Gold otherwise $35)

Hi, Does anybody know whether a Jetstar starter will count as an eligible flight for FF status? I can't find anywhere that states its not eligible (I know its not able to gain points or status credits). Thanks Andrew

Sounds like i could have a long wait to get my eligible flight to take me to gold. Anyone have any idea how long Virgin America flights (sold as VA) take to credit? Its been 3 weeks so far.

I did this last week, head to gate 52b after 1830 and there is an airside transfer from terminal 5 to Tom Bradley for VA depatures, so no need to join the security queues. Although VA checkin is in terminal 3 the flight goes from TBIT

Hi Rob, I flew them to the UK for Christmas, you can't fault the service and the food and wine are fantastic. The in flight entertainment is a little old style no AVOD. My only niggle was the stop over in Seoul, all very efficiently done but the hotel is about an hours drive from the hotel and...

Apologies if this has already been asked 100's of times! I have two separate PNR's QF to Frankfurt and the BA to LHR next week. Just called QFF helpline and they weren't sure if I can still check bags all the way thru any more. Does anyone have any recent experience of this? Thanks Andrew
