After having received no points since the 23rd of September, 5,000 bonus points have been credited to my account this afternoon

I was targetted for the 5k/5t promotion, received a post card and registered on the 18th of September.

They owe me 10,000 points for September so I am hoping the second lot of 5,000 get credited in the next day or two otherwise a phone call might have to be made.

The funny thing is that if they have moved me to the 10t/5k (which is what the crediting of 5,000 points indicate but I am not jumping the gun and will give them a day or two to credit the second lot) then why did they send a second post card with a capped 5k/5t offer.

Seems I have some as well, this will be my first allocation (besides initial 5k that was Poc'd). On the surface it appears to be for September and based on 5t/5k, even though I've been told by CSR since then that I was being moved to 10t/5k and capped.

15,000 bonus points posted in the last 10 mins. I calculate that they owed me 20,000 for the remainder of Sep but I'm happy enough to back off for another month and see what happens.

Whilst I am pleased to see something coming through, it is going to be a nightmare to keep track of. (at least I know the total amount owing)

I was those non-carded pre Sep 20 registrants who received a letter back a month or two ago about multiple enrolments and being moved to 5K/10T.

I managed to enrol in the 20T/10K promo.

I have just had 15,000 post. Not sure where they get 15 from though? I thought it was capped at 10l per month! Unusual!
