20,000 Woolworths rewards points with a pet insurance policy

Well after emailing them every day for the last week I finally got a response from them today saying - “this has been now forwarded to our Support Team and the Rewards Points will be allocated in 10-business days.”
Bet you're happy with that :)

May see the points by May!

The first excuse I was given - points will be awarded 14 days after the 30th day means I should have had them yesterday or today at latest.... Still waiting.

As of Monday I've told them I will be cancelling all of my policies. 4 payments now taken for every policy. Not prepared to give them any more money.

Will still, of course, fight for all of the points.

I am scared to cancel my policy before I get the points. I got them to stall this weeks payment until 4 April. Just so sick of this runaround. I'm glad I didn't do it on my husband's account as well. Very shady company. No way would I trust them for an insurance product I actually wanted.

I'm pretty sure you can call your financial institute and have future payments unauthorised - w

Got it too. Awfully suspicious...

I got the offer too. I note it actually specified spend of at least 1 cent. Does anyone know of any way to get a spend this low? Would love to do something that small.

1/2 a bean paid via EFTPOS?

You could probably get a transaction of 5c to stick - buy one mushroom or one green bean for instance? I'm guessing transactions of 1c get rounded up to 5c anyway?

I would be screen-shotting that 1K points offer though, as it seems highly likely you will have to invest considerable time and effort to get the points credited ever , let alone in the 7 day time-frame as advertised.

Not if using EFTPOS. No rounding.

One of the T&c's This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

for those waiting on promo points I'd steer clear "This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer." wouldn't surprise me if this is more deceitful behavior.

3 days and no reply to email. Sent 2nd email with escalated tone today. Thanks for some of the wording tips, guys!

Latest story given to “NoName Jnr” is an issue with their database or something and affected customers can expect an email with further details to be sent out some time tonight.
