Hilton has now enabled registration for its Tier Last Call 2023 Promotion, allowing members to renew their status by staying once between January 1 and March 31, 2024.

They just haven't enabled it yet for all accounts (assuming they do) .. likely doing it by country or by some other ID .. but the initial leads look positive so hopefully by Monday at the latest we will know

I get "Sorry you are not eligible for this offer right now.", I'm in the same boat as virginbart...diamond to silver soon. Daughter is traumatised !

Yep mine says not eligible, but on the HH chat the rep told me I was already registered/enrolled... and it seems to have already been actioned (she said I needed 3 stays between 1 Jan and 31 Mar to retain Diamond rather than drop to silver, I've already done that this year).
Maybe give it a week and if still not enabled, chat to them and ask.

Was there anything in your account to indicate that you had been enrolled or was it the agent letting you know.

I wasn't able to register through the link but an agent confirmed I'm eligible and just need one stay one night to remain at Diamond (rather than dropping to silver).

I clicked the LoyaltyLobby link, signed in and the site said I wasn’t eligible.
2 mins later I received a confirmation email saying I needed to complete one stay by 31 March 2023.

I just got the email saying I'll maintain my Hilton status (Diamond) with 1 stay between 1 Jan and 31 March Stays already booked in the period count. Does anyone know if award stays count as well as I already have an award stay booked in the petiod? Or it has to be a paid stay...?

All of these promotions are triggered by Paid stays .. 99% of the time an award and even points plus cash will not qualify. Pay pay pay!

Ditto. Email arrived this morning. Current future bookings are outside the window…. Must find something!

Well I just received an email saying I had already been registered to maintain my status with one stay by 31/3. Unlike previous posters I am only silver. I got there by being the guest of the day at an HGI in England. Complimentary silver,my own parking spot,an upgrade and 10% F&B were received.
I have retained this since even though having only 1 stay per year exept 2020 when I had zero. 5 years of silver with only 4 total stays in that time seems generous to me.

I also go the same email, looks like an Accor booking I have in a couple of will move to the Hilton.

Got the email on this one too, confirming I’m registered to retain Diamond after a single night. I did nothing ahead of the mail; it just showed up. However, as I’m not certain about retaining VA WP after 2023, I think I’ll use the VA > HH Diamond one time upgrade in April, and that will cover HH through Mar 2025
