Is anyone having an issue with rollover nights since the reset?

A quick google search suggests there are issues.

Mine are correct

78 nights in 2022
11 of these were rolled over from 2021
67 nights actually stayed which is 25 above the reduced Diamond threshold for 2022

25 nights have rolled over to this year.
I need 35 nights to requalify.

Probably not for Gold and never when I had Diamond. Maybe Silver but it used to be pretty easy with four stays instead of X nights).

I clicked an old link from a 14 Jan 2020 LL article on HH Fast Track. Sure enough - Gold after 7 nights / Diamond after 12….

Although, I’m torn. Take the easy VA Gold SM or do the challenge?

Correct answer is probably both! Do the challenge first and go for Diamond (or at least Gold). If I fail, fire off the VA option….

Yes, it should cite 2023 based criteria. My figures were for COVID reduced qualifying criteria in 2022 which are no longer relevant.

Now my app shows what I need to requalify for diamond… but has changed to “you need 0 to retain gold” so I have no idea anymore

When I opened mine it said I was going to go down to Silver from Platinum and I got a screenshot of that but now it says I need 59 nights to retain Diamond so I'm hoping that is right. I've enjoyed the Diamond perks

I contacted support today via chat. I was told there are known issues with rollover nights (I'm missing 3) and they would be resolved in a "couple of weeks" which gives me no hope...

But we have been freely eligible to leave Australia since Nov 1st 2021

No excuse to need a leg up for status in 2022 for us I think.

Although I maintained Diamond to '24 (the hard way by staying 60+ nights), unless I see a marked improvement in US Hiltons this year, I'm not going to bother and will just be happy with Gold.

Lounges are becoming rarer than Unicorns, the price premium for Hiltons (vs similar hotels) is getting out of control and upgrades are hit/miss.

I've had a couple of really good upgrades but more often than not either no upgrade or it's just a one step upgrade to an executive floor etc. Which really is no better than what Gold's are supposed to get.

For what you got as Diamond in 2019, it was a lot more value for relatively lower rates.

After this I think it will be BHOD (Best Hotel of the Day)

I'm Diamond, soon to drop to Silver (unfortunately last year was a low travel year due to restrictions, I've just done 4 weeks' holiday largely in Hiltons but it wasn't enough).

However the app says I need X Nights, Y Stays, and/or(?) Z points to drop to Gold, instead of Silver.

Can anyone confirm:
1. If I reach any of X Y or Z, will I go to Gold? Or must I get X, Y and Z?
2. I only need 8,700 points to get Z and drop to only Gold. If I just spend $60 buying these points on the Honors website, will I qualify?
3. I see you can transfer Honors points to Qantas and Velocity points, but can you do it the other way? I would happily drop 1500 QF points for 10,000 HH points, which is the current rate to redeem from HH to Qantas.

You only need one of those in point 1.

Buying or transferring points don’t count towards status. But points nights count if that helps.

This has appeared for me in Active Offers (not in Eligible Offers). But can't see how to Register. I've already stayed about 10 nights since Jan 1.

EDIT: I have chatted with HH and they said I have already been automatically registered. They said I require 3 stays, which I already have since Jan 1. So I guess I'll maintain Diamond after all.
