5,000 bonus points each on up to 3 international Qantas Hotels bookings (book by 5/8/24)

Still only 2/3 came through. Did everyone get all 3 yet?
No

I looked up the booking time
AEST 12.01 30 July
So they have shortchanged me

Qantas Frequent Flyer members will earn 5,000 bonus Qantas Points on any international Qantas Holidays and Qantas Hotels booked through qantas.com/holidaysand qantas.com/hotels from 12:01 am (AEST) 30 July 2024 until 11:59 pm (AEST) 5 August 2024 for travel up until 5 August 2025

My first two that have been "paid" were for stays on 7th August and 8-10th August in the USA. These show in my QFF account credited on 8th Sept. So pretty much exactly 1 month after the stays.

My third stay was 28-30 August (also USA), so I am expecting/hoping the points will show up at the end of Sept. I would actually prefer them to arrive after 1 Sept to kick start my PC/PC+ renewal for next membership year. The first 2 x 5000 points tipped my into PC+ renewal for this year.

First of my 5000 point bonuses hit the account today - so some parts of QF's IT seem to be working...

Received an email from MU today with a letter attached which should hopefully finally convince Qantas to pay up the points for my Jinan to Chengdu flight... hopefully... at last... has been an ongoing battle...

MU flight now credited after it taking far more back and forth and effort than it should have done... small win!

retro claim?
do you mean where you have a payment confirmation on 30th July before the emails hit the account on 31 July where the bonus hasn't shown up
No sorry.

BUT I have been in that situation before. I was booking multiple hotel bookings during triple points promo and the last booking got confirmed 12.01am. Quick email to Qantas hotel and they resolved it.

Upon further investigation, we found that your booking was created at 12:00 AM 4th of March, 2023; however, we can also see that you have created three other bookings with almost the same time frame, from 11:02 PM until 11:49 PM 3rd of March, 2023. We then raised this with our higher team to undergo further review. As a result, we were advised that, as a one-time courtesy, we will reconsider this situation. Kindly contact us back eight weeks after the check-out date so we can manually add the points to your account.

Missing claim popped in tonight

Noted the ordinary T&c State points will be paid on No Shows. So that’s the definitive word.

Did you contact Qantas Hotels or the 5000 pts just appeared by itself....I'm still missing my 3rd stay like many here.

OK that is good news - I was a No Show at one of my three bookings that fell under this offer and only stayed two nights out of the four that I booked at another - and the rejigging of my plans resulted in me booking the almost impossible to find hotel that became quite saga that I reported on here a few weeks ago!

I meant i lodged support claims via email for the missing points. You receive email confirmation and a ticket number

see 3.7
also see 3.6 re cancelled bookings

also, to see your own bookings
use the bookings?filter=past
then select View Details on the far right hand side
this is where I discovered for whatever reason the FF number was absent, thus why no points got lodged.
it also says "
Qantas Frequent Flyer Number and ABN can not be changed 4 weeks after your check-out."
Cheers for that link - very good to know about 3.6 & 3.7!

Weirdly - two of my hotel bookings from my last trip don't yet show any points allocated - but my QFF number is shown on the page. Another booking just throws an error each time I try to open it!
