AFF Ski Trip 2014 [Falls Creek July 25-28]

Wont be able to attend this one, Broncos are playing the Storm in Brisbane that weekend, and we are heading to Wanaka about 2 weeks later. Have a good trip

I can drive car #2 if that helps. I recently (11 months ago) acquired snow chains for said vehicle.

I happened to have some spare time this weekend so I've made a cancellable booking at the Ibis Melbourne Airport on 24 July in case this ski trip goes ahead and departure from MEL is early the next morning...

If you are referring to QF605, then an 0825 arrival will be just about right. I won't be driving past the airport until about 0830.

It's either paying for 1 night at the airport hotel in MEL or parking at BNE for the first flight out (with the risk of a delay into MEL) as there won't be any Airtrain at that hour. Anyway I have some time to decide as I can still cancel the hotel booking until closer to the date.

Just got my diary sorted and I have freed up that weekend . So if there is still space , Jessica Tam?
My plan is to drive up. I have a falls season pass for the UXB chariot and snow shoes for the horses. I cannot stay til Monday so I will be driving back to Melbourne on Sunday late afternoon/evening but my plan is to depart Melbourne on Friday morning early (4-5 am ish) to arrive at Falls in time to ski all day on the Friday. Anyone who wants a lift or to get up there to ski on the Friday let me know

I have a friend over from PER who is coming along so at this stage flight JT001 has AIRwin, Miss S and me, and flight DU001 has Danger UXB. Any advances?

I have put in an order for an s-load of snow this week.
