Any card holder names on the passes themselves? Being Gold I'm hoping to give them to friends as I have no use for them
Did you get the welcome bonus points after one month?I would say its probably a better idea to hold the Black Card so it's not confused with a transfer of product which would mean you're not eligible. I have the QFF Black so entirely different points scheme and card so fingers crossed. The CSR on the phone when confirming application assured I would receive the points as per what we have been hypothesising.
I rang today as still no points received.
lady said I should have them and transferred me and I ended up at the complaint centre
they are now looking into it..
I have never had a ANZ card
ANZ rewards have told me I am not eligible for the bonus because I previously help the black card. They transferred me to ANZ complaints department and I have read them the terms and conditions. They are looking into it. Sigh. (I received the QFF black card yesterday too, so that will be another call...)
In the same situation here. When i called to confirm my details for the card, I was assured I'd get the points as there was no exclusion of the Black card at the time and I was not transferring products. Will be interesting to see what's changed.Interested to see how you get on here. I held the Black card previously as well. Got this card and then cancelled the Black.

wow, very frustrating. Have they even got the right card, cause isn't the fee $200+?

Yes annual fee was $170
so not even sure what the $55 represents in terms of rewards servicing fee!?

While can try...ANZ if they choose to look will probably know what link was used to apply. In my business I certainly can see who used what link to apply for various promotions.
Having said that CSRs etc often cannot keep track of all the promotions as they keep changing. So it may depend if someone there as has a real look, or just a superficial look.
