So am I correct in my reading that ATM if travelling from Qld to SA no COVID testing is required prior to or on arrival? Thanks
As the rules keep changing please refer to the relevant South Australia websites:

Only CovidJab2 persons are allowed to travel. CovidJab0 requires exemption to travel
Then:
1) Determine your LGA level of risk
2) Check the requirements for your level of risk and whether a CovidTest is required
3) Complete the EntryCheckSa forms.

At the moment Queenland is all Level 1 = need CovidJab2 but do not need CovidTest

Of course passenger in 1A and myself 1K were stopped, only wanted to see pass, not supporting doco and on my way.
Same at Wallangarra. The whole compliance model appears to be scare people when filling in the form.
cheers skip

IMO entry to SA is just a ‘buggers muddle’ I have spent the last week in a risk in a L2 risk area and the 3 of us are doubled jabbed. At the time of writing the plane was taking off from SYD. The SA Health check code does not seem to work, this was not that much different from 2-3 backs travelling back from MEL after the SA boarders opened. We will just see what happens on arrival, maybe we get to go home, maybe get to stay a bonus night or 2 in an approved SA hotel as the NSW testing system is currently over whelmed and not hopeful that test results will arrive prior to landing.

Cluster coughk is another that springs to mind. We are 1 hour on route, have been given a box of cold pies, F&F 9 is on in the back ground ;):)0C28057C-6F00-47C4-94C4-D026BF26A733.jpeg

Might see you in hotel quarantine.
Heading home tonight, no RAT’s available anywhere we could find. Will rock up and try to bluff them and see what happens

You won't be the first people to have been caught up in this. SA government isn't going to throw you in to a hotel.

If you end up in hotel quarantine let me know when you arrive, we can catch up in the bar and swap stories ;) If that does not work we can just escape and catch up in a local city pub😀

Jokes aside we could not find anyplace we could purchase a RAT kit, I suspect we will be let into the airport, book Uber and head home.

Rapid tests are apparently not arriving down under until around 15-20th Jan, we have about 3-4 weeks of no supply.

So if Queensland do change it up and require a RAT, they will be impossible to get one.

if anyone interested these can be ordered online and in stock. I have no relationship w this company but chose in readiness and because one of the five very high sensitivity approved tests

Still plenty in DC’s around the country but getting them out to stores is problematic currently

Just heard on ABC that police are standing down border controls tomorrow so reckon you will be fine tonight. 🤞

How long are PCR tests taking to come back in SA? Does the text msg from SA pathology say what time you took the test? Wondering how you prove to Qld authorities that test was within 72 hours. If you tested 12pm Thursday and test did not come back to Saturday 6pm I wonder how Qld will know the 72 hours started 12pm Thursday?

Your SA Pathology Test Results for COVID-19

Hi FIRST NAME, your COVID-19 test on 01-Sep-2021 is NEGATIVE.

You need to continue to stay isolated if you:
- are still sick, or are a close contact of a person with COVID-19.
- have been advised to stay isolated regardless of the test result by a doctor, public health authority or SA Police.

Further information is available on the SA Health COVID-19 website or call the SA COVID-19 Information Line 1800 253 787.

Call your GP for further advice and for results of any other testing undertaken.
Use the vaccine eligibility checker to see when you can receive a COVID-19 vaccine: COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Finder
Remember to book your flu vaccination too.

The time has blown out to over 24 hours but usually they were in the next day first thing.

Are the airlines being flexible around moving passengers around for free if the result has not come through, or came through in the wrong window?
