I'm willing to be a test case for the selection criteria algorithm.
I was comped SG last November (only by 15 SC but a Comp is a Comp is a Comp) and am more than half-way to requalifying on my own merit. No email as yet.
(I notice that Red Roo is lurking so Qantas are interested in the perceived positives and negatives of these campaigns. From my point of view they should be targeted at customer 3 months out from their anniversary that look to be falling short of the mark - particularly those that have already been given the "Get out of Silver free" card and won't be so lucky twice in a row. That's what I would do.)
