Guys was digging around the Macquarie website and it says that the Black card includes Lounge Access. Hope this is true for the switch because that will be great.

I mentioned this earlier, but HH chat confirmed that I had status through 3/21 about a month ago now. I only had 28 nights last Hilton year.

I am in the same boat too. Disappointing. I am also missing the Hilton points from my final statement when they usually transfer over on the 3rd of the month.

Anyone had a successful or otherwise positive discussion with Macquarie as yet about them notifying Hilton of the relevant entitlement/s, where they don’t appear to have been applied? I’m thinking that a written message where I can attach prior correspondence and assurances might be easiest, but not sure of whom to write to..,

Not related to this card but once I had an issue with Woolworths credit card which is run by Macquarie. First raised issue with overseas call centre, then escalated to overseas resolutions team, then eventually to Australian account management team.

Yes - although that started off as an email telling me I had redemption activity. That came late Friday night - so they've been doing things.

AFter checking my account, and changing passwords, I rang to find out what they were on about.
Said there was a 0 point redemption when they added the certificate.
